"Clear Blue Seas very helpful and nothing too much trouble for Jodie, good deal and VIP package excellent with champagne on arrival and extended room availability on day of leaving with no extra cost. Discount on transfers and Sian Park tickets excellent. Although pick up transfer from hotel to airport 50 minutes late which made us quite anxious."

"Excellent service from Clear Blue Seas. Returned from Luabay Costa Los Gigantes 5 days ago and the booking service was flawless. Communications from the hotel was very poor as they do not respond to e-mail enquiries. However after telephoning the hotel directly my booking was OK and I had nothing to worry about. Although the actual hotel experience was disappointing this was not the fault of Clear Blue Seas. Luabay Costa Los Gigantes is now a First Choice Holiday Village which has lowered the quality of the experience considerably. Our opinion is that First Choice have ruined the hotel with rude staff and a holiday experience aimed at the low quality cheap family market. Hotel was \'baby-buggy\' hell on occasions with selfish, inconsiderate parents forcing the rest of the guests to endure their children from breakfast to bedtime. No-where in the hotel is there any respite from young overheated and over-indulged children. Due to the current economic situation the hotel appears to have been forced to lower its quality to accommodate the cheap family market which is a real shame. The property is immaculate and well maintained but watching the behaviour of some fellow guests it will not be long before this hotel turns into the Butlins of Los Gigantes. If you love small screaming children being force-fed at 10 o\'clock at night in a noisy stark restaurant then this will be the place for you. Not for us I\'m afraid. Next time it will be an adult-only property. Summary of my experience with Clear Blue Seas is \'first class\', experience of Luabay Costa Los Gigantes is less than average at best.."

"Booked luabay los gigantes via clear blue seas. Not overly happy with clear blue seas booked VIP package which appeared to be a waste of time, no free use of spa, no tea coffee making facilties was given just a kettle at reception, late check out didn\'t eventuate and Siam park tickets not availabel however they have said they will refund me the excess i paid over the half price offer in VIP package. Good position of room overlooking pool and sea with not too many steps to climb which was part of package so happy with this. Had to phone clear blue seas each time to ask about the VIP package and told to ring back a few weeks before i went then had to ring again to ask about tickets/ voucher for holiday. Staff on ohone very friendly but didn\'t always give me confidence in my booking as not very clear on things. Most improtantthings to me about VIP package was room position and late check out so at least one of these eventuated "

"Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Just back from Luabay Costa los Gigantes and it was fabulous!! Andy dealt with our booking from start to finish and was fantastic throughout. Hotel was excellent, best childrens entertainment I have ever seen (luabay entertainment team). Direct transfer to the hotel, late checkout, champagne and fruit on arrival. Was allocated block D rooms 212 and 210 which were right beside the quiet pool, snack bar, restaurants and main complex. I have already recommended Andy and clear blue seas to many of my family and friends At least 2 have booked so far!! Looking to book again for next year very very soon.... Thanks again...l"

"Just return from Tenerife.Service of Clear Blue Seas is terrible. Andy promissed me washing machine, air condition etc. There were nothing of that kind in our appartment. I even paid 175 pounds additionally for a dishwasher. And there was not a dishwasher either. When I tried to get in touch with Andy to solve the question he just ignored all my calls and mails. "Clear blue did everything we asked for and really enjoyed our holiday. There was just one little hiccup when we arrived there was no VIP package as advised. We chose the tea and coffee facilities and when we enquired at the reception we were given a kettle? No tea/coffee etc. Rest was very efficient with transfers. Thank you. My in-laws are thinking of going to Luabay on our recommendation in september so will be in touch if you can get a good deal for them? Rooms excellent were in block C 210 down by the quiet pool. Food good quality and lots of. Amstel on draught."

"Stayed at Parque Santiago III in a privately owned apartment via Clear Blue Seas who gave us all the travel and contact info we needed. We picked up the keys for the apartment at the airport via Marcus Management who provided transfers both ways. All went as expected for us but another couple using a different travel agents were not informed about collection of the key, similar to Oivind Tonnessen below. So as far as we are concerned CBS did their job."

"I had ordered a week ion Tenerife at Parque Santiago III. I took a taxi to the hotel reception from the airport, but there was no keys there for me. ClearBlueSeas did not know where the keys were, and said I should have been picked up at the airport. CBS tried to call the emergency number to the managemnet company, but did not get through. Finally, they got me transferred to another hotell. Eventually, 5 hrs later the same day, I got a call from the managemnet company and the keys were handed over to me. So I guess it was all due to the fact that CBC forgot to send me an instruction-email. And the handling of the sitution where the management company could not be reached, was not impressive."

"Really impressed how our initial enquiry was dealt with by Jodie. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room in the best location. Hotel was spotless and staff are really nice. Food is good quality but it can get a bit samey. Unfortunately a late checkout was not possible due to the hotel being full, so would advise an early flight. Definitely use Clear Blue again."

"Hi, just back from Tenerife this morning. Thanks for sending this review email on as I was going to email you today. I was very impressed with Clear Blue Seas and the local management in Tenerife, Marcus Management. This is the 1st time I have used Clear Blue and I was a little anxious to ensure everything worked out. Apart from a small hiccup regarding the transfer from the airport to resort, which was delayed as we were waiting for 40 mins for a family that never showed up, I was very impressed with Clear Blue and Marcus and would use your services again. One slight issue when trying to phone Clear Blue, I could not get through on the general number."

"I just returned from a pleasant holiday in fuerteventura. I booked with clear blue seas for a first time and my booking was messed up due to hotel being overbooked. I was bumped to a 5 star hotel instead by Andy which wasn\'t five star quality. However the food was excellent with lots of choices and the suite that we got was superb with stunning views. There wasn\'t enough entertainment due to budget probs at hotel (Genarios Suites) I would book with clear blue seas again as they did sort the problem and I believe mistake was due to employee rather than company. "

"We just came back after 3 weeks holiday in Maspalomas. We stayed att Turbo Club. ItŽs the second time we are there. ItŽs really good,and itŽs a wery good price. Our children liked it a lot,3+6 years old. I can really recommened Turbo Club for familys. The Kidsclub was better last time.... ItŽs easy to get to the beach,you can either take the free bus or taxi or have a nice walk. ItŽs clean both around the pool and in the apatmens who is a good size. It was easy to book the ticket,quick response....and we live in Swden."

"Just back from a fantastic weekend in Tenerife. We were a group of 8 ladies looking for a relaxing break and The Luabay Costa Los Gigantes ticked all the boxes! The hotel was perfect. The weather was great, staff were helpful, the cocktail bar was excellent and generally it was just brilliant. Huge suites - living room and shower room downstairs with bedroom and bathroom upstairs - balcony on both floors. We had a sea view which was fantastic. "We\'ve just arrived home from a brilliant holiday at the Luabay Costa Los Gigantes, Playa la Arena, Tenerife. We\'re a family comprising Granny, Mum, Dad and three children: 13, 11 and 4 and were recommended this hotel by Andy at Clear Blue Seas. Andy did not overstate the quality of this hotel! The rooms (suites) were spacious and scrupulously clean, the minibar was restocked every day and the beds were comfortable. There were even two flatscreen TVs in each suite, not that we had time to watch them! The staff was, without exception, cheerful and happy to help, with a \'can-do\' attitude. Although this is a large hotel complex, staff treated us as individuals. As far as entertainment was concerned, all ages were catered for, and speaking of catering...the food was of a very high quality with plenty of variety. The well-equipped gym and the spa were also happy discoveries. I could go on and on about the facilities at this hotel, but will leave it for you to discover. Thank you, Andy at Clear Blue Seas. We all had a brilliant time and I\'m looking forward to you arranging our next holiday."

We certainly had no complaints about the hotel and its services, it was everything we expected and more. Having personal contact with Ian before and during our holiday was an added bonus, because from past experience of other holiday companies, once you paid your money you were on your own. This is not the case with clear blue seas, they go out of their way to ensure your holiday is as good as they promised. "I would recommend Clear Blue Seas - but not the Lua Bay at Los Gigantes - sorry guys I am afraid that this hotel would appear to have gone down market from the original report I received on it - food was not up to standard in particular the A la Carte which frankly was awful, the wine was very 2nd rate - the rest of guests were mostly \\\"football shirt and tatoo brigade\\\" Staff on reception were particularly unhelpful - but the weather was fantastic so we enjoyed just lounging and relaxing."

"picked the hotel myself, and asked cbs for assistance to book a room. be aware that cbs cannot guarantee your wishes will be fullfilled. cbs still did and this caused a little problem at arrival. however, this was handled nicely by the receptionist. i also missed information about the different room categories others than the one i asked for in my inquiry and the board alternatives. the hotel was very nice and the staff was kind and helpfull. we enjoyed our stay at tenerife."

"Just returned from our best holiday ever, and we have been to Tenerife over 30 times now. We were planning to go to he Bahia Principe in Adeje, but the Clear Blue Seas team recommended The Costa Hotel Los Gigantes. Wow! we were so glad we had. The hotel is just massive with 4 pools one with slide over. The food was best ever and split over a choice of restaurants. But the entertainment staff are just amazing, they run kids club, teenager and adult, the activites are really fun and different my son made some great friends and won lots of diplomas! At night it is the best holiday entertainment we have seen, from Glam Rock & Beetles tribute bands, magic...not the normal singing and dancing boring stuff. If you are going to Tenerife make sure you pay this hotel a visit. It also has kids room with bowling, air hockey, pool and machine etc. A kids cinema that shows a film every night with popcorn! The mini bar is refilled everyday as the hotel is AI, the rooms are the biggest we have ever stayed in, 2 master bedrooms with large bathroom and more wardrobe space than you need. On the AI drinks are great for adults and kid plus slushes and ice cream all day for kid, food in snack bar round pool great with salad bar as well. We could of gone to the a la carte restaurant 3 nights, but the food was that good in the main restaurant we never bothered. It also has a spa as well which is great for a bit of me time, 18 hole mini golf outdoor kids play area and tennis courts. A great family holiday. The staff from the moment we got there to the time we left could not do enough to make our stay just amazing."

"An excellent operator..From arrival at the Riu Clubhotel Buena Vista at Costa Adeje we were treated like special guests. Our room had been upgraded (free of charge) from a twin, non-sea view to a large family room with sea view and en-suite, large balcony with sun loungers and was comfortable and spotless. The food and drinks service is plentiful and varied (the Chefs were amazing) and the staff throughout the hotel could not do enough to help, offer advice or generally keep the hotel looking fantastic. There is a large entertainment team that work their socks off to keep people happy and the atmosphere is warm and friendly without being OTT. If you are not one to join-in, they leave you alone to relax. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful paella demonstration on the terrace (timed well just before lunchtime) and the themed restaurant overlooking the sea which also offered a good late breakfast or lunch selection coupled with a cool breeze when it got really hot. At no point was there any reason to complain or seek advice as the staff seem to be so streamlined and efficient that everything is done for you before you even need to ask. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in in terms of service, cleanliness and truly beautiful food. There is no doubt about us returning to this hotel- it\'s just so what we were hoping for. "

"We are just back from two weeks at the Costa Adeje Gran in Tenerife and it was fantastic My wife and I and our daughter and two granchildren. Jodie at clearblueseas.com sorted everything out including ajoining rooms overlooking the pool and the sea The hotel was first class 5 star The food was superb with plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner the staff were very friendly right down to the security guards the rooftop pool and solarium was perfect We bought the Tenerife ultimate ticket for 95 euro per adult which allowed us two trips to Siam Park with lunch also 1 trip to Lorro Park with a three course lunch and a \"behind the scenes\" tour which was Amazing also the lunch was beautiful We also had a free bus included. Thanks to Jodie at clearblueseas.com for everything. The rest of our family now want to join us at the Adeje Gran for Christmas and we cant wait to show them this little gem."

"Arrived back from 2 week stay in Bahia Principe, like previous review had bookedto stay in the adeje complex only to be told we were in the Tenerife. This hotel was full of chavs!!We stayed there for 1 week and were finally moved to adeje, which was much better.These hotels are both neither 4 or 5 star. The restraunts have no air con, all food covered in flies, men were wearing shorts and T-shirts and the service terrible(we had to set our own table on numerous occasions). The entertainment was terrible, not enough seeting and the bar was like an airport lounge full of delayed passengers playing cards.Would not recomend this hotel to a family with children aged 8-10. Have been to way better 4 and 5 star hotels.Although would use Clear Blue Seas again"

"I am really glad I booked my holiday with Clear Blue Seas.es. The staff provided me with accurate information on the chosen resort and listened to my requirements. I was able to call them at weekends too and I must admit they were very keen to find me a good holiday combination given that I had quite a few different requirements having to travel with two elderly parents with very high expectations. The replies were prompt as well. We had a small issue with the accommodation operator who did not book our \\\'sea facing room\\\' at first, but when I raised the issue with Clear Blue Seas.es, it was ammended way before our departure. Once again, the staff really tried to make sure we had the booking right and that our requirements were met. I appreciate the effort and I am so happy my parents loved the holiday! "

"Clear Blue Seas were not the cheapest but true to their word matched the price of another web site . We stayed at the costa adeje gran.Excellent rooms, pools and a roof terrace and pool where there was a cooling breeze. The food menu was varied with themes such as asian, mexican etc. but lacked the cheap and cheerful options of pies chips every night for the less adventures .The area is quite hilly. great going out but tiring coming home after a few beers. "First time we had used clearblueseas.com, found the service very good. Stayed at the Bahia Principe in Tenerife, our 6th visit, hotel and food still as nice as always only disapointment was that due to the hotel not being full the pool side restaurant isn\'t open at lunch times so had to walk up to the main restaurant each day and it got very busy. The poolside restuarant was just so good to chill out changes to the Spanish Restaurant in the evening but also was the Fish restaurant as that was another one that isn\'t open. Going to try somewhere different next year. I know everyone is trying to cut overheads but just hope this doesn\'t lose some of the regular people that visit this hotel each year."

"We had a great holiday. The weather was brilliant. I thought the hotel which is a 4 star, was only a 3 star and the entertainment was poor. The kids club was of no advantage to my 11 year old so we did our own thing. To be honest,eventhough it was clean, the beds were hard and the breakfast was noisy and like a factory floor, full of people queuing for tea/coffee, juice, toast etc. Did not like that much and the staff were rushing to clear up. I would not stay at La Siesta Hotel again. I would book with clearblueseas.com for my accommodation again and had no problems otherwise. Thank you."

"The overall sevice was good for booking, the person was very helpful and booked my flights for me as well - but we were a little daunted by receiving an email welcoming us back the day before we left. I suddenly thought I had the dates wrong etc and was unable to get this information confirmed by anyone - the Sales number did not work at all and when I rang another number I found, for new bookings, the girl had no idea who I was and promised to call me the next morning (the day of departure) but no call came. "We booked for one week in tenerife staying at the Bahia Costa Adeje. When we arrived we were told that our room was in the Tenerife hotel complex. We had specifically booked the Costa Adeje and stressed this to reception who told us that when booking with Clear Blue Seas there is no choice. We were very disappointed. "Our stay at Hotel RIU Vistamar Amadores. Gran Canaria. We were recommended this fantastic hotel by Clear Blue Seas, and the hotel were really a positive surprise. The staff were very helpfull, the food were as good as it can get from a buffét, the rooms were very clean, and the entertainment were first class. One thing, however were below average. The water temperature in the pools were way to low, and nobody used the two beautiful pools. We met up with danish friends in 2 and 3 star hotels in Puerto Rico, and the pool temp. there were much higher. "Stayed here in Sept 2008. On arrival it seemed a little remote but actually only a downhill ten minute walk town te hill brings you to the one time fisherman\'s village of Alvor. The area is indeed very desolate on first inspection and is overshadowed by 7 old and worn desolate tower blocks on the beach that used to make up the tarrelto complex of apartments. The Prestina group own most of the hotels in the areir excellent banner. Wile some of their other properties here are indeed very old and tired, THIS is bang up to date. Reception is very helpful indeed in spite of out booking (with another hooking group) not being registered, we were eventually offered our vouchered confirmation and offered FREE breakfast for the problem caused. On entering the one bedroom appartments they are currently the most spacious and modern units anyone could ask for . Wonderful large lounge with Television ,internet availability (extra cost) and am amazing under lit green glass breakfast bar and all requirements for preperation of small or larger meals on a massive balcony with loungers. There is also a swim around inside and outside pool that I understand was not heated in the inner link to it !!! All in al thi is an excellent property but a little on the expensive side especially when no finer dining is offered However well worth the stay with the most helphful of staff . Yes tis a good one .NO entertainment and NO noise at night !!! As there are mostly privatly owner and maintained the personal offerings may change from unit ti unit. , the personal applinanceies offered may vary. Wile my Daughter and her family had a one bedroom , two bathroom unit, I to decided to have the same and found the extra space very relazing with excellent room services every day . Most of the guests seem to have a share of units here and other months in the groups other properties including Madera. Apparantly whey can maix and match as required and by company arrangement. The downstairs bar is pesonal , if lacking atmosphere there are litterly dozens of eating places in the little town and around the harbour village where fresh bar be que fish is the order of the day . The breakfasts are served (excta) in te downstairs area at the pool , wither inside or out, and simple vur reasonable lunches are also served outside. There are adaquare beds for everyone and a pool attendant at all times . There are secluded gardens and a little pool for the kids so at no time was anyone annoyed by the younger ones getting in te way. This is indeed an excellent retreat and in my my opinion far exceeds the presentation and friendless of the other rated standard Prestina hotels in Alvor that really all do need face lifts and attention .. "

"I would lier to express by sincerest thanks to Emma Kirkby and Clear Blue Seas who arranged our holiday. We had originally booked our 5* holiday at the Jardine de Nivaria, Costa Adeje, with Thomson however due to a family bereavement had to postpone our holiday. We lost the first 4 nights of the holiday and found Thomson were very unhelpful when it came to resolving our situation and their customer service was very poor. Clear Blue Seas however, Emma in particular helped me to arrange an extra 4 nights so we were able to have a 7 night break. We had a relaxing and stress free time the hotel was fantastic (the best we\'ve been to) and they even allowed us to remain in the sea view room which was amazing. Clear Blue Seas customer service was excellent and the help I received from Emma was very much appreciated. I would certainly recomend them to anyone. "Myself and my wife with 3 girls 11-10-7 spent two weeks at the Bahia Principe in july 08 in costa adeje teneriffe.The facilities at this location were only fantastic,the food was excellent with a choice that no other could match,the staff were also brilliant and would do anything for us .So friendly.The entertainment program by the poolside was great and the only problem we had was trying to get the girls out of the pool.The hotel even offered a free trip to mount tedi an overnight stay in a sister hotel in santa cruiz ant the next day a free trip to Loro Park . a trip that we were going on anyway and it was a saving of almost 350 euros. Most of the people we met were all on their 2nd 3rd or 4th stay at this facility and we can clearly see why as i am about to book our 2nd and if possable future holidays here,and i hate going to the same spot twice.But anyother would just be a dissapointment.We highly recomend the bahia principe and many thanks to the staff at clearblueseas.com for all the help john molloy and family Dunleer co louth ireland"

They managed to find me a hotel inThe Gran Palace Maspalomas Gran Canaria, prices were competitive and the hotel lived upto what i expected. Breakfast was great and accommodation great. The hotel is not really geared towards children but I visited some nearby and much prefered the layout of the one we chose it was friendly and beautiful like staying in your own apartment and not too big. Accomodation was paid in full inclusive of breakfast and a vocher which was e-mailed to menwas all that was needed to present to the hotel. I would definetly use this company again."

"We booked Bungalows Santa Fé in Playa del Inglés. I got a lot of help from Jodie with the booking. Very good service. Unfortunately Santa Fé was double booked, but we got Europalace instead with halfboard. I must say you handled this very good. The apartments were perfect, and the service were very good. You even arranged so we all could stay on the ground floor by the pool and we had 5 apartments! The only negative with Europalace was that it was a little bit far away from the center of Playa del inglés, but we got to use our legs a lot. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and I will use you again when we will book our next vaccation. Thank you very much for a perfect holiday!"

"We booked one week at Parque Golf Bungalows, Maspalomas, Gran Canaria and it was a mistake. First problem with the paying. My order was in euro but was taken in pound. Its a big difference isnt it? We had a long contact with them about that, but got no redress. Even with other things they were not helpful at all. And I have to warn about the all inclusive concept at this accomodation. Sometimes the food wasnt eatable even not for the cats. Nevertheless some of the staff were serviceminded, and special the entertainer Daniel who did a very good jobb. Of course we will never come back to this accomodation and even not recomend it for friends."

"Just back from the Lobos Bahia Club in Correljo, Fuerteventura. This is the second time I have booked with clearblueseas.com. Once again there was no problem with the booking and it was dealt with in an efficient way. I had reason to contact the office on two occasions and on both received a prompt and courteous reply. The Lobos Bahia Club was very good for this time of year (February) but I would imagine that it would be very hectic during the Summer. Also I wanted to ask a couple more things, Francesca was going to look into the possibility of booking Villas in Majorca for August preferably 17/18 August - 31 Aug/1Sept and either Santa Ponsa or Cala d'or or Puerto Pollensa, I wondered if she had managed to find anything for us as there was nothing on the e-mail as yet. Finally can you out if it is possible for to book the AB Skipper Hotel or the Grand Marina Hotel in Barcelona for July around about 17th - 22nd possibly 5 nights and find out how much this would be with Breakfast for two people ( your best possible price please). This was my first time to book my hotel in this way so I was a little scared but this was unfounded. The place was as you said in your advertisement. On arrival which was late at night every thing was very straight forward. I gave my name and my booking voucher and was unpacking in my room in minutes. "Visited Gran Bahia Principe Samana, Dominican Republic, in March, booked through clearblueseas.com. Booking went smoothly online.This is a fairly small hotel compared with most of the all inclusives in the DR. This means there is an especially friendly atmosphere both with other guests and the staff. It opened after refurb in December and we had been a little apprehensive about the reviews it was receiving but we found it charming. clearblueseas.com helped us most efficiently with a computer system problem which lost our booking!!the hotel company more than made up for their error thanks to clearblueseas.com. We will definitly use clearblueseas.com again"

"The service from Clear Blue Seas was great, we were answered any queiries we had quickly and efficiently, the hotel however was noisy not with holiday makers but with the maids at 7am each morning, except the one day they did not work, they were shouting to each other along the walkways and on one occasion opened our bedroom window and looked in. We did complain but who knows what happened! no one got back to us. The swimming pool was fine but again you had to be in a line if you wanted a sun lounger, although it stated "no reserving sun loungers" but staff did nothing to those who reserved at 8am then went back and came down maybe two hours later. If you want the basics for accomodation then this is ideal for a stay in Tenerife. We have stayed in the Aguamar some years ago and thought it might have changed, but unfortunatley it has not, apart form the interior cosmetic changes."

" I found the Clear Blue Seas website very easy to use. Booked; paid the deposit; got instant confirmation. Balance was automatically taken approximately eight weeks before departure. Only glitch was that on 27th January 2007 I received a email from Clear Blue Seas regarding general holiday advice. It was only than that I realised I had not received confirmation that we had paid the balance for the holiday. I emailed Clear Blue Seas and got an immediate reply from Jodie who confirmed that the balance had been received; attached was a confirmation invoice showing the balance due as nil and a holiday voucher for presenting to the apartments. I was very pleased with the prompt and customer friendly service."
