SURROUNDING
Maspalomas

Grand Canary
The Canaries consist of eight islands. No one island is the same as another but Grand Canary is notable through its size and the many different zones of vegetation and topographical features. Beaches and sand dunes ring the coast, thick forests of fir trees cover the mountains and wonderful palm groves surround the gorges in the south with fertile valleys to be found in the north. Those that have experienced these overwhelming sights know why Grand Canary has the reputation of being a “miniature continent”.
The south of Grand Canary is the chief area for holiday makers and sun-seekers with enormous dunes, golden sandy beaches and is a paradise for lovers of water sports.
